MARTYN Ellis former GB international gymnast and three times national champion, began his new career in design in the famous Portobello Road London in 1990. Built on inventive design, the brand has since worked with several world renowned designers including the Japanese fashion icon Issey Miyake and the late Mitchell Jacobs, founder of Duchamp, who was one of the worlds leading men’s clothing and fashion accessory designers. MARTYN ELLIS ladies Chandle jewellery collection is typical of the brands radical approach to design including the unique glass cufflink range circa.1995, appearing throughout Jermyn Street and Savile Row tailors in London’s luxury quarter. In 1998 a second generation cufflink was launched, the Solid Glass Cufflink collection.
